All custom items are made specifically for you, which means custom orders are final sale.

Because our items are handmade and often use natural materials, slight variations are part of the process. Proper care and handling are important for long-term enjoyment.

If something isn’t right when your order arrives—such as damage in transit or a mistake in the customization—please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include photos so we can take a look. If the issue is due to an error on our end, we’ll work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.

Requests made outside of this timeframe or related to normal wear, use, or accidental damage cannot be accommodated.
