Production Time
Most items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is ready for shipment, local pickup, or local delivery.
If you need your order sooner, please reach out before placing your order to inquire about rush availability. Rush order fees may apply and are subject to availability.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ridgefield Maker Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Free Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup for customers in the Ridgefield area.
Pickup details, including location and pickup window, will be provided once your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.
Local Delivery (Ridgefield Area)
Local delivery is available within the Ridgefield area for a flat delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout in place of postage.
Delivery is scheduled after your order is ready and will be coordinated via email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping or delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned or delivery must be reattempted due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, Ridgefield Maker Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
